    Anna Malone has been promoted to Senior Program Strategist at CSG Openline / BLUEROADS.

    In a little more than a year as Program Strategist, Malone has worked closely with the company's clients to build project strategies and oversee execution to ensure optimal success. Additionally, she works with current CSG clients to increase programs and drive new business.

  • CSG Openline Names David Grisham as Program Strategist

    CSG Openline / BLUEROADS has hired David Grisham as Program Strategist. The announcement was made by Joby Pearson, Vice President of Sales.

    Grisham comes to CSG Openline / BLUEROADS with over 20 years of experience in account management and customer service roles. As Program Strategist, he will work closely with clients to ensure services delivery and expand business opportunities.

    Most recently, Grisham served as Major Accounts Manager for F5 Networks. He also served as a Partner Account Manager for Microsoft and a District Accounts Manager for Automatic Data Processing in Bothell, Wash. Grisham first broke into the technology industry with Adobe Systems, serving in a variety of roles during his six-year tenure.

    A resident of Edmonds, Wash., Grisham holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Washington and earned his master’s degree in business administration from Northwest University in Kirkland, Wash.

  • David Patton Joins CSG Sales Team

    CSG Openline / BLUEROADS has hired David Patton as Channel Executive. The announcement was made by Joby Pearson, Vice President of Sales, as the organization continues to grow despite the economic climate.

    Patton brings a wealth of experience in sales, marketing, project management and consulting. He will work closely with CSG Openline / BLUEROADS current and prospective clients to develop new business and enhance existing projects.

    For the past five years Patton has held positions of Director of Consulting and Principal for NextGen Marketing Group. Previously, he served in a similar role for Peloton Consulting. Patton has held product management, marketing and strategic planning management positions with a variety of global communications companies including Sprint, BT/Concert, Telechoice and Equant.

    Patton earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Oglethorpe University and an MBA with highest honors from Coles College of Business at Kennesaw State University, where he was inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma graduate honor society. He also completed executive education programs at Georgia Institute of Technology, Wharton School of Business (Penn.), and MIT’s Sloan School of Management. He is currently completing an 18-month program at Kennesaw State in managerial coaching.
